  • If you don’t need any special assistance or help like if you’re traveling alone as a kid or with a pet or child, you can’t use JetBlue Airways’ online check-in.

To check-in online for JetBlue Airways, you’ll need to give some details like your first and last names, the city you’re leaving from, the confirmation code, and the flight number. Passengers flying with JetBlue Airways don’t need to provide a confirmation code or flight number. Instead, they can use their True-blue number. JetBlue Airways allows you to check in using your mobile phone up to 24 hours before your flight’s scheduled departure time.

Remember, each smartphone can only hold one valid boarding pass. If your mobile boarding pass isn’t working, you have two options: you can reprint it at a kiosk or ask a JetBlue crew member for help.

Curbside Check-In

You can check in for JetBlue flights at the curb of most American airports between 40 minutes and 6 hours before the flight is scheduled to leave. To finish the curbside check-in process, you need to provide your photo ID, flight reservation code, destination flight number, or electronic ticket number. Self-Service Kiosk Check-In

You can check in at the kiosk and get your boarding pass printed up to six hours before your flight leaves.

Ticket Counter Check-In

The time frame for check-in varies depending on your destination, but it can be done between 20 minutes to 6 hours before your flight’s departure.
